How the bazaar keeps moving
We run a few things on purpose: recurring sessions and light structure that keep the signal clean and participation easy — so you can drop in, contribute, and leave with something useful.
📅 Recurring sessions
📱 Bazaar Saturdays
A casual text-based Saturday session across the groups: share what you're building/learning, ask questions, and join the conversation.
Best way to join: post a 2–3 line update + one clear question.
🎙️ Monthly Firesides
A guest-led session (or panel) on one topic, with live Q&A. Format + time are announced in advance.
Best way to join: read the prompt, bring one thoughtful question, and follow up after.
🤔 Periodic Q&A threads
Async ask me anything threads with community experts. Great for deep questions without meeting times.
Best way to join: give context + constraints + what you tried.
🤝 Mentorship
Structured mentorship with time-boxed office hours and clear asks. No vague promises — just proof-of-work and real feedback loops. Head to the "Advice & Mentorship" group.
Best way to join: come with a specific question or challenge, not a general 'pick your brain' request.
✅ How to participate (without getting overwhelmed)
Do this
- Join 1–2 lanes first, stay unmuted for a week, then expand.
- Ask with context, and follow up with outcomes.
- Reply where you can genuinely help — not everywhere you have an opinion.
Avoid this
- Cross-posting the same message everywhere.
- Drive-by links with no context.
- "DM me" marketplace behavior or cold outreach.
🎙️ Want to host a Fireside or run a Q&A?
We love community-led sessions. Keep it practical, focused, and useful.

Send this to the moderators (or post where you collect session proposals).
❓ Quick answers
